Terms and conditions with respect to issue of Ninewells Hospital (private) limited loyalty card

Redeeming Points

Only Patient registered on Hospital Mobil App and who have been accepted as loyalty members by the Hospital shall entitled to earn and redeem points. Patients having 10,000 or more points shall be entitled to redeem their points as long as the remaining balance points in a card remains as 5000 or more.

Transactions Prior to Registration

Customers shall not be able to claim points for transactions that have taken place prior to registration.

Validity Period for Points Earned

50% of all earned points will be cancelled annually and remaining 50% of points will be carried forward to the following year.

Loyalty Accounts and Mobile App

All adult Patients to maintain separate mobile app user Accounts and Separate Loyalty Numbers whilst a Mother/ Main guardian of a Child may earn points on behalf of the child by linking Child’s account to theirs’.

Complaints and Disputes

All complaints and disputes should be addressed in writing within 7 days of occurrence of any issue to loyaltycomplains@ninewellscare.com

Loyalty scheme will not be applicable with any discount scheme/cooperate Packages/Hospital Packages or any other discounts

Should you agree to all of the above Term and Conditions above, the Ninewells Loyalty Card shall be issued to you.
